"I've been so happy with my progress over the last couple of years. Adam helps me constantly looking for ways to introduce new exercises and routines. Whilst my priorities have simply become to maintain strength, I have been very fortunate to work with someone who empathises and can modify exercises to suit me.
In my journey training with Adam, the key thing that stands out is Adam's enthusiasm and ever willingness to listen. As simple as that sounds, it's a rare trait these days but one that shouldn't be undervalued. Equally as important, Adam balances pushing me to continually improve but respects my limitations. Coming off a severe back injury that will always, unfortunately linger, and Adam has been very patient and respectful of that.
In addition, we have the results to boot! It's been a great journey, and I am excited to see how we go over the next 12 months."
