"Before starting on my health and fitness journey over a year and a half ago, I was over 40, working full-time in a high pressure job and had a guilty relationship with food. 

I thought I was exercising and eating reasonably but nothing was working; I continued to put on weight incrementally and consistently. I needed someone to tell me how to get the results I was looking for because going it alone was a lot of effort for negligible results.

I had seen what Adam could do through a friend of mine and when a free spot came up on his client list, I decided it was time to get help and I jumped right in. Looking back, it was the best decision I have made. I have lost weight, improved tone and become so much stronger, even gaining the confidence to take on my own weight training.

I needed someone to guide me on how to get the results I was looking for. I had not used a trainer before and was concerned that it was just going to be someone going through the motions of some set routine. However, Adam has helped me identify the areas I need to work on to give me the best chance of success and to achieve my goals."
