"The main reason for starting my health and fitness journey was that I had a long term back injury, which I was advised would be improved through regular exercise. When I started with Adam in June 2017, I was experiencing daily pain, and weighed in at 79kg.

Being time poor, I needed a realistic training and nutritional plan to achieve my goals. I then set time to train every week, clear goals defined on a 9 weekly cycle, and assistance with food planning. It quickly became a weekly routine for me. The one on one support from my trainer Adam has been amazing, as well as the support that you get from the rest of the crew, while training makes it enjoyable while they are torturing you. Adam took significant time focusing on how we increase strength in different areas to reduce the pressure on my back, he was always coming up with new strategies for improvement.

Reflecting back over the time I’ve spent with Vision the biggest win for me was the reduction in pain to almost zero on daily basis. My range of movement and fitness has vastly improved. The additional benefit I got from the program was the weight loss. I have dropped 2 dress sizes and now weigh the same as I did nearly 20 years ago. All of this has also improved my emotional wellbeing, I feel good, resilient and able to deal with the stresses of daily life."
